Share the property’s condition, your moving date and any agent checklist. Kerrie can plan cleaning around your handover requirements. Cleaning does not guarantee a bond refund; the final inspection and tenancy requirements remain with your agent or landlord.
SCOPE OF WORK
The details that make a difference.
These tasks may be quoted, based on the Kerry Kleen scope of work. They are not automatically included in every clean. The final scope depends on the property, condition, your requirements and the agreed quote.
Living areas & bedrooms
Floors, skirting boards, switches, cobwebs, doors and handles; wardrobes, linen cupboards, shelves and blinds. Light fittings, ceiling fans, fireplace surrounds and accessible air-conditioner surrounds and filters can be discussed. Marks on walls are treated where possible; wall washing is by agreement.
Windows & glass
Windows and sliding doors, including accessible glass, frames, tracks, sills and flyscreens, where included in the quote.
Kitchen
Benchtops, sinks, taps, splashbacks, kickboards, cupboards, shelves, drawers and handles. Oven knobs and racks, stovetop components, and dishwasher doors and filters where agreed.
Bathrooms & toilets
Showers, baths, taps, vanities, basins, mirrors, toilets, cupboards and drawers. Exhaust fans, tiled walls, towel rails and fittings where agreed.
Laundry & garage
Laundry sinks, taps, benchtops, cupboards, shelves, drawers, doors, tracks and tiled walls. Garage doors, cupboards and shelving can be added to the agreed scope.
Outside & additional work
Reachable cobwebs, accessible ground-level windows, sliding doors, frames and flyscreens. Sweeping or blowing concrete, bin cleaning, shed interiors, pressure washing and rubbish removal can be discussed and separately quoted. Trailer hire, if required for rubbish removal, is charged separately.
PRACTICAL DETAILS

Let Kerrie know about existing damage, stubborn stains, access restrictions and large items before the clean. Work excludes broken or cracked glass, existing damage, permanent stains or discolouration, unsafe high access, hazardous waste, pest removal, specialist mould remediation, heavy furniture or appliance moving, and inaccessible or unsafe areas.
